About Claude:

Claude Ho-Jim, PMP and Certified Agile Practitioner, has extensive experience in project management and consulting services. He has managed large-scale projects in the Retail, Distribution, Insurance, Banking, and Telecom industries, delivering enterprise software development, product/COTS implementations, data migration and integrations, digital transformation and managed services. Claude has been implementing cloud IT solutions and ERP since 2016. He ensures successful project delivery by leveraging project management best practices with effective planning and governance.

Claude has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Montreal and a degree in business administration from HEC.
