About Erika:
Erika graduated from the Catholic University of Uruguay with a bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration and a Masters degree in Management. Erika started her career in technology in a Managed Services team, participating in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value, driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the customer. Drived a high degree of satisfaction and reference ability as well as understanding customer business processes. Worked alongside other team members with high functional and technical skills. Outside of work, Erika enjoys so much training, her favorite sport is crossfit and also traveling to all types of places, especially natural ones and rich in culture and history.
