About John:

John graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in information systems and earned his MBA at the University of Minnesota.  John’s career started at NetSuite in their first analyst program, and he later became NetSuite Professional Services subject matter expert in billing products. John also expanded beyond NetSuite by working in startups where he built new products and implemented integrations to improve the customer experience function for enterprise level customers. He then created his own consulting business specializing in helping companies implement various products in NetSuite in addition to a strong focus in billing products. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and finding new foods to try.
